Existing customers can submit a new service request in three ways. Customer can create a new request by:
1) Sending an email to support@storytimesolutions.freshdesk.com
2) Submitting a ticket from the FreshDesk Customer Portal - https://storytimesolutions.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
3) Filling out the Contact Us form at StorytimeSolutions.com - http://storytimesolutions.com/contact-us/
